What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details you give about your project, plus any photographs you send. We store these in our customer system to reply to you, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation.

Lawful basis and retention

We process enquiry details on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and customer records to perform the contract. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 12 months; project records are kept for 6 years for guarantee and accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

Our customer relationship system (HighLevel), our website form service, and, for projects, the fabricators and installers working on your staircase. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion by contacting [email protected]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner (ico.org.uk).
