Quotations

Quotations are fixed for 30 days and based on the survey and drawing supplied. Changes to the design after acceptance are priced separately.

Payment

A deposit is payable on acceptance of the quotation and the balance on completion, as set out on your quotation. Payment is by bank transfer.

Programme

Fabrication and installation dates are given in good faith; galvanising and powder-coating lead times can vary.

Site

The client provides access to the garden and confirms the position of underground services. We make good the ground around foundations but do not undertake landscaping unless quoted.

Guarantee

Our workmanship and paint finish are guaranteed for the periods stated on your quotation; where galvanising or powder coating is specified, the finish is covered by the supplier's warranty.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
